The subdelegate of the Government of Spain in the province of Ciudad Real, María Ángeles Herreros, has participated in a workshop-debate on the occasion of the events surrounding March 8, International Women's Day, at the IES Francisco de Quevedo de Villanueva de los Infantes.The aforementioned activity has been aimed at students in 1st, 3rd and 4th year of ESO and has focused especially on the forms of violence and controlling behaviors that are exercised through social networks and mobile phone applications.

With a total duration of 150 hours to be developed in blended mode and an innovative methodology that combines online training, face-to-face tutorials and experiential training activities related to rural tourism, this training action aims to contribute to the creation of a professional network in depressed rural areas, with potential for the development of tourist activity, and therefore, employment that does not contribute to the depopulation of the regions of the province of Ciudad Real.
Through this initiative, participants will be able to learn about the characteristics of rural tourism activities complementary to tourist accommodation, their different modalities, customer profiles, as well as organizational and management tools. In the same way, they will learn 'in situ' a representative variety of the tourist assets of the Campo de Montiel region.
In addition to the aforementioned content, the training action incorporates learning in digital competence for employment, as well as job guidance in accordance with the territory and employment opportunities in the region.This training course is scheduled to begin in March, and is aimed at 20 people in a situation of unemployment, ERTE, or sporadic/temporary employment, preferably related to the region, although it is open to any interested person in the province of Real city.

Union delegates participated today in Ciudad Real in a workshop on equality plans as a tool for union action, an instrument that for the union is of vital importance to bring feminism to the workplace and achieve real equality between women and men .
In this workshop, which CCOO has held in Ciudad Real within the framework of the activities on the occasion of 8M, general aspects of equality plans have been addressed; the process of preparing them: opening of the negotiation, constitution of the negotiating commission and operating regime; situation diagnosis; content and registration of the equality plan; and implementation, monitoring, evaluation and review thereof.Rosario Martínez, secretary of Women and LGTBI Policies of CCOO CLM, Nunzia Castelli, regional secretary of Trade Union Action, and José Manuel Muñoz, general secretary of CCOO of Ciudad Real, participated.
